A Family Legacy in California Real Estate
Sterling Pacific Financial's roots are tied to the Fischer family’s experience in California real estate. Long before the company existed, the family was buying, cleaning, repairing, and restoring distressed properties across the Central Coast.
Joshua Fischer’s grandfather, a Navy Seabee and union carpenter, helped establish a family culture built around construction, craftsmanship, and hard work. Over time, the family developed a practical understanding of real estate from the ground up.
One of the defining lessons from that history was the importance of access to capital. The family often found opportunities where financing was the limitation. That experience helped shape Sterling Pacific Financial's approach to borrowers, investors, collateral, and risk.
