Before we ever got involved in private lending ten years ago, the management team at Sterling Pacific Financial got its start in hospitality. The Yosemite Management Group allowed us to see firsthand what it takes to manage and operate a variety of properties, from resort to campground.

While we’re still active in the hospitality business, we now leverage our industry experience to act as a private lender for properties throughout California.
