As a result we have formed and included an Investment Committee as a critical part of our due-diligence process. To bring an additional level of service and protection to our investors and borrowers, the Investment Committee reviews every loan that Sterling Pacific underwrites. To ensure objectivity, a majority of the members are “outside” members. In addition to their sound judgment, they bring significant expertise in real estate, finance, investments and leasing, and significantly add to our depth of knowledge. Just as important, they represent the interests of our investors. Their fresh perspective and objective insights are vital to the myriad of decisions involved in the underwriting process.

Joshua C. Fischer oversees the day-to-day investment operations of the company and chairs investment committee meetings. Prior to joining Sterling Pacific, Mr. Fischer served as the Chief Executive Officer of Generation Leasing, LLC for eight years. Generation Leasing is a California Limited Liability Company that originates, underwrites and services both leases and loans.
Mr. Fischer's extensive business experience, comprehensive real estate and investment knowledge, and solid background in customer relationship management combine to bring a multi-faceted leadership to the Sterling Pacific team.
Mr. Fischer received his BS degree from St. Mary’s College in Moraga California and his MA in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
Mr. Fischer has been Chief Executive Officer of Yosemite Resorts for more than 29 years. Yosemite Resorts is composed of various limited liability companies, including several hotel LLCs, a real property development company, farming LLCs, and a management company known as Yosemite Management Group, LLC. Yosemite Management Group, LLC manages all of the Yosemite Resorts’ LLCs and various rental properties located in several States.
In addition to his responsibilities on the Investment Committee, Mr. Fischer serves as Vice President and Broker of Sterling Pacific Financial. Mr. Fischer has been a licensed real estate agent for over 25 years and is the current President and Broker of El Camino Realty and Investments, Inc., a real estate investment company serving the Central Coast of California. Mr. Fischer also serves on the executive management team of Coastal Development Company, LLC, and a real estate development company specializing in acquiring and developing real estate for residential and commercial markets.
Mr. Jamie L. Davidson is Chief Financial Officer of Yosemite Resorts, LLC. where he participates in the day to day financial operations of the company and has held this position for over 10 years. Prior to that, Mr. Davidson was Managing Partner and co-founder of Stoughton Davidson, Inc., an accountancy corporation.
Mr. Davidson has held the CPA designation for over 45 years.
Mr. Galtelli currently serves as Chief Credit Officer of Mountain Pacific Lending, Inc., a commercial leasing corporation. Mr. Galtelli has over 30 years experience in banking and commercial finance, including serving as an appointee to White House during the Nixon administration. He founded Affiliated Corporate Services Inc., in 1982, a merchant banking firm with an emphasis on leveraged leasing. In 2004, Mr. Galtelli co-authored and published the book Power Tools for Small Ticket Leasing.
Mr. Galtelli has obtained the designation of Certified Lease Professional ("CLP").
